Let’s talk about your firm.

Three ways to start a conversation. Pick the one that fits how you like to work.

A note before you submit.

Please do not send privileged material, client names, medical information, trade secrets, or documents covered by a protective order through this form. A submission does not create a consulting engagement.

The Orange Glasses is a marketing and business advisory practice, not a law firm, and does not provide legal advice. Potential conflicts and scope are reviewed before any engagement begins. Kim will sign a reasonable firm NDA when appropriate, and confidential working materials are limited to the people and systems required for the engagement.

The written intake

Start a conversation.

Tell me what is changing inside the firm, where the system is under pressure, and what decision leadership needs to make. All inquiries are confidential.

Common questions

Common questions

What happens after I submit?

Kim reads the intake personally and replies within two business days with a recommended next step: a conversation, a scoped diagnostic, or a referral when the fit is not right.

Do you publish prices?

Engagements are scoped around the problem, access required, pace, and level of implementation. The written proposal defines the fee, timeline, deliverables, and working cadence before the engagement begins.

Will you work with competing firms?

Potential conflicts, matter overlap, geography, and confidentiality are reviewed before work begins. Any exclusivity must be defined in writing as part of the scope.

What access will you need?

Only the access required for the agreed question. An audit may require marketing, intake, CRM and case-management, vendor, and reporting inputs. Access and data handling are defined before work starts.

Do you replace our agency or internal team?

Not by default. Kim can lead an existing team, evaluate an operating system, or design a different model. Recommendations follow the firm’s needs rather than a preferred vendor structure.

Can you begin during a crisis?

Sometimes. Urgent requests are assessed for availability, conflicts, and the immediate decision the firm needs to make. Use the intake form and mark the request as time-sensitive.

What happens next

You will hear back from me, not a bot.

I read every intake personally. Within two business days I'll reply with a next-step recommendation: a discovery call, a scoped diagnostic, or a referral if we are not the right fit for the season your firm is in.
